Hannah and Nick tied the knot on a chilly October afternoon, and their day had a rustic and classic vibe that fit them perfectly. From their classic getaway car, to Hannah’s parents’ farm where they had their bridal party photos, to the fall-inspired decor at the Bowery, it was obvious how much thought and effort they put into making their day special.
But hold up a minute…let’s talk first about how we started our day. These two got married at Peace Lutheran Church in Hannah’s hometown. When we walked in, we were blown away by how beautiful the bridal suite was! It was obvious how much care the church had put into creating a place perfect for a bride and her bridesmaids to get ready and hang out before the wedding! The industrial decor looked like something you might find on Pinterest or on one of our favorite HGTV shows! It made for some great photos and we were so impressed!
How many people can say they drove off after their wedding in a classic getaway car?! Hannah and Nick left their church and got into Nick’s father’s 1973 Charger. It was SO amazing and made for absolutely TIMELESS photos. They even re-enacted an old family wedding photo, and we can totally see their children doing the same someday!
Hannah and Nick decided to take their bridal portraits on Hannah’s parents’ property. As they walked around the farm hand in hand, their love took over and made for the sweetest photos. Seriously guys, have you ever seen a more happy groom? This guy had this HUGE smile on his face the whole day! We actually asked him to fake laugh for a photo, but once he started he just couldn’t stop! He had all of us laughing within seconds.
The night ended with their reception at the Bowery. If you’ve never attended a wedding here, you’re really missing out! The barn here basically speaks for itself, and its rustic yet simple style made it the perfect venue for this couple. Hannah & Nick, it was such an honor to play a small role in your first day as Mr. and Mrs. We wish you the absolute best and can’t wait to watch you two grow as a married couple!
Cheers to Hannah and Nick!
